This Privacy Policy explains how Drawlix collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through this website.

Payment Information
Payments on the Website are processed through PayPal.
- Depending on the payment method selected, PayPal may process payment information directly, including payment card information or information associated with a PayPal account.
- Payment information is handled by PayPal in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.
Drawlix does not receive or store your full payment card number, CVV, or PayPal account password.
Drawlix currently allows customers to complete purchases using guest checkout, without creating a customer account.
If Drawlix introduces optional customer accounts in the future, additional information may be collected and processed in connection with account creation and management. This Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary to reflect those changes.

How We Share Your Information
Drawlix does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share or provide access to personal information with third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the Website, process transactions, provide customer support, or comply with legal obligations.

PayPal
PAYMENTS
Processes payments and related transaction information. Depending on the payment method used, PayPal may process payment card information, PayPal account information, and information used for transaction security and fraud prevention.
Hostinger
HOSTING
Provides web hosting and related infrastructure. Information stored or processed through the Website’s WordPress and WooCommerce systems may therefore be hosted on infrastructure provided by Hostinger.
Google Workspace
TRANSACTIONAL EMAIL
Drawlix uses Google Workspace / Gmail through WP Mail SMTP to send transactional and customer-service emails, such as order confirmations and communications sent in response to customer requests.
Gravatar
REVIEW AVATARS
When avatars are enabled, WordPress may send a hash derived from the email address associated with the interaction to Gravatar so that an appropriate avatar can be displayed. Gravatar handles this under its own privacy practices.
Website and Technical Service Providers
Other technical providers may process limited information where necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the Website. Such providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their services or comply with applicable legal requirements.
We may also disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:

This functionality is used for operational and order-attribution purposes and is not currently used by Drawlix for behavioral advertising or personalized advertising.
Drawlix currently does not use non-essential cookies for behavioral advertising, personalized advertising, or third-party advertising networks.

Customers may submit reviews and ratings for products available on the Website.
When submitting a review, you may provide information such as your name, email address, rating, and review content.
Your review content may be displayed publicly on the relevant product page. Depending on the Website’s configuration, your name or other information associated with the review may also be displayed.
You should not include sensitive personal information, payment information, passwords, or other confidential information in a product review or other publicly visible content.
Drawlix may moderate, remove, or decline to publish content that violates our Terms and Conditions, License Agreement, applicable law, or reasonable standards for Website use.

Drawlix is based in Colombia and serves customers internationally.
