You bought a design.
Here's what you can do with it.
When you purchase a design from Drawlix, you receive a license to use the design not the copyright or exclusive ownership of the artwork. This page explains it in plain language, so you can use your files with confidence.
✺ What your purchase includes
A non-exclusive, worldwide license and every file you need.
Your download may include the following, depending on the design:
Adobe Illustrator file, 100% vector and fully editable.
Universal vector format, compatible with many design applications.
High-resolution, print-ready file.
Transparent background, ready to use.
Preview image.
Useful information about the files and the design.
Fonts shown in preview images are not included. They are used for presentation purposes only. The Read-Me file includes the font names so you can find and license them separately if needed.

Use it and make it yours — just don't pass the files on.
What you can do
Your license gives you plenty of freedom to make the design work for your project. You may:
- ✓Use the design forpersonal or commercial purposes.
- ✓Use it for your own business, brand, product, or project.
- ✓Use it as part of a project you create for a client.
- ✓Modify, edit, resize, recolor, or adapt the design to suit your needs.
- ✓Use the design across websites, packaging, business cards, social media, merchandise, presentations, and advertising.
- ✓Use the design in multiple projects.
In short: use it, customize it, and make it yours for your project.
What you cannot do
The license is for using the design not for passing the original files on to someone else. You may not:
- ✕Resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the original design files.
- ✕Upload the original files to stock websites, marketplaces, or digital asset platforms.
- ✕Sell or distribute the design as a standalone digital product or design asset.
- ✕Make the original files available for others to download, whether for free or for payment.
- ✕Claim the original artwork as your own creation for copyright registration or other ownership purposes.
- ✕Use the design in a way that violates this License or the Drawlix Terms and Conditions.
You can incorporate the design into a finished product, brand, service, or creative project. What you cannot do is distribute the underlying design files themselves.
✺ A quick example
Three scenarios, side by side.
You purchase a logo and customize it for a business you own. You can use the finished logo on the business website, packaging, social media, signage, and other brand materials.
You are a designer working for a client. You purchase a Drawlix design, customize it as part of a paid project, and deliver the finished work to your client.
You purchase a design and then upload the AI or EPS file to a marketplace so other people can download or purchase it.

The key difference is simple: the design can be used as part of a finished project, but the original design files cannot be redistributed or resold.

Three things worth reading twice.
Designs are non-exclusive
All designs available on Drawlix are non-exclusive. The same design may be purchased and used by other customers.
Drawlix does not promise that a design will be unique to you or that it will not appear in another customer’s project.
Need something one-of-a-kind that will never be sold to anyone else? A custom design commission is the better option.
About trademarks
Buying a design from Drawlix does not guarantee that the design can be registered as a trademark in your country or industry.
Because Drawlix designs are non-exclusive, the same or a similar design may also be used by others, which may affect its suitability for trademark registration.
Planning to trademark it? Run your own trademark search or consult a qualified trademark professional first.
Who owns the artwork
The purchase of a Drawlix design does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork to you.
Drawlix and Natalia FaLon retain the copyright and intellectual property rights in the original designs. Your purchase gives you the right to use the design according to this License.
Drawlix is owned and operated by Natalia Fajardo, professionally known as Natalia FaLon.
If the license is violated
If the original files are resold, redistributed, shared publicly, uploaded to a stock platform, or otherwise used in violation of this License, Drawlix may terminate the license and take other appropriate action available under applicable law.
If the license is terminated because of a violation, you must stop using the design.

This License forms part of the agreement between you and Drawlix and is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions.
