These Terms govern your access to and use of the Drawlix website and your purchase of digital products offered through it.
Introduction
Welcome to Drawlix.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Drawlix website and your purchase of digital products offered through it.
By accessing or using the Website, or by purchasing any product from Drawlix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By completing a purchase through Drawlix, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions and the License Agreement applicable to the purchased product.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase any products from Drawlix.
Drawlix is a personal brand owned and operated by Natalia Fajardo, professionally known as Natalia FaLon, and based in Colombia.

Nature of the Products
Drawlix sells digital downloadable design assets, including logos, illustrations, and other graphic design resources.
Products are delivered as digital design files, which may include vector and image formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG, as specified on each individual product page.
No physical products are shipped.
Upon successful payment, customers receive access to download the digital product purchased.

Download Access
After completing a purchase, the buyer will receive access to download the purchased digital product under the following conditions:
Once the download period expires, Drawlix is not obligated to provide additional download access.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their purchased files within the applicable download period.

Refunds, Defective Files, and Consumer Rights
Because Drawlix products are digital products delivered electronically, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund, reversal of payment, warranty, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Drawlix does not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Software incompatibility when the required file formats are clearly indicated on the product page.
- Failure to download the purchased files within the applicable download period.
- Failure to properly save or back up downloaded files.
- purchased files within the applicable download period.
Defective or Corrupted Files
If a customer can demonstrate that a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically defective, Drawlix will provide a replacement copy of the purchased file where appropriate.
Contact hello@drawlix.com within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
Your order number and proof of the issue (such as a screenshot or description of the error) may be required.
Drawlix reserves the right to determine whether a file qualifies as defective based on the information provided.
License and Permitted Use
Purchasing a product from Drawlix grants the customer a non-exclusive license to use the purchased design. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the original artwork to the customer.
- Use the purchased design for personal or commercial projects.
- Modify, adapt, or incorporate the design into their own projects.
- Resell the original digital files.
- Redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original digital files.
- Upload the original digital files to stock websites, marketplaces, or digital asset platforms.
- Sell or distribute the purchased design as a standalone digital product.
- Use the purchased files in a way that violates the applicable License Agreement.
Full license terms, including all permitted and prohibited uses, are provided in the License Agreement associated with Drawlix products. Please refer to our License page for the full terms.
The License Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and Drawlix.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the License Agreement, the provisions of the License Agreement shall govern matters relating specifically to the permitted use of purchased design assets.

Non-Exclusive Designs
All designs sold through Drawlix are non-exclusive.
The same design may be sold to multiple customers. Purchasing a design does not grant the customer exclusive rights to use that design.
Drawlix does not guarantee that a purchased design will be unique in the marketplace or that no similar or identical design exists elsewhere.

Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and digital assets offered through Drawlix are owned by, or lawfully licensed to, Natalia Fajardo (Natalia FaLon).
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or copyright in any design to the customer.
Purchasing a product grants only the license described in these Terms and the applicable License Agreement.
Drawlix and Natalia FaLon retain all rights not expressly granted to the customer under the applicable license.
Drawlix may display purchased designs, previews, and examples of its products in its portfolio, Website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing or demonstration materials.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
- Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to download, copy, extract, or reproduce Website content or digital products without authorization.
- Attempt to circumvent or interfere with download limits, access restrictions, or other technical measures used to protect Drawlix digital products.
- Redistribute, resell, or share purchased files in a manner that violates these Terms or the applicable License Agreement.
Drawlix reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Website or take other appropriate action where a user violates these Terms or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability
Drawlix provides its Website and digital products “as is” and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind other than those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Drawlix does not guarantee that:
- The Website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
- The Website or its systems will be free from technical issues.
- A purchased design will meet every customer’s specific expectations.
- A purchased design will be unique or exclusive in the marketplace.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drawlix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Website or purchased products.

Age Requirements
You must be at least fifteen (15) years old to purchase products through Drawlix.
If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may only make a purchase with the authorization and involvement of your parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and, where required, have obtained the necessary authorization from your parent or legal guardian.

Customer Support and Complaints
For questions, requests, complaints, or claims relating to a purchase or the use of the Website, customers may contact Drawlix at hello@drawlix.com
For Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Requests (PQR), please refer to our dedicated PQR page.
Drawlix will handle customer communications and PQRs in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
Drawlix reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page together with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Changes to these Terms will not retroactively modify the terms applicable to purchases already completed, unless required by applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any purchase made through Drawlix are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia.
By accessing the Website or purchasing a product from Drawlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with the laws applicable in Colombia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any purchase made through Drawlix shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia.
This choice of law and jurisdiction applies without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
