These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Drawlix website and the purchase of digital products offered through it.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Drawlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products.

Drawlix is a personal brand owned and operated by Natalia Fajardo, operating from Colombia.

2. Nature of the Products

Drawlix sells digital downloadable design assets, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Illustrations
  • Vector graphics
  • Digital design files

These products are delivered in digital formats such as:

  • SVG
  • AI
  • EPS
  • PNG
  • or similar design file formats.

No physical products are shipped.

Upon successful payment, customers receive access to download the purchased files.

3. Download Access

After purchase, the buyer will receive access to download the digital product under the following conditions:

  • Each product can be downloaded up to three (3) times.
  • Download access remains available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After the download period expires, Drawlix is not obligated to provide additional downloads.

Customers are responsible for saving and backing up their files after downloading them.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

Drawlix does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed.

However, if a customer can demonstrate that a file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically defective, Drawlix may provide a replacement copy of the purchased file.

In such cases:

Drawlix reserves the right to determine whether a file qualifies as defective.

5. License and Permitted Use

When purchasing a product from Drawlix, the customer is not purchasing ownership of the design, but rather a license to use the digital asset.

Key conditions include:

Customers may:

  • Use the design for personal or commercial projects
  • Modify or adapt the design as needed

Customers may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original digital file
  • Upload the design files to stock websites, marketplaces, or digital asset platforms
  • Sell the design as a standalone product

6. Non-Exclusive Designs

All designs sold on Drawlix are non-exclusive.

This means:

  • The same design may be sold to multiple customers.
  • Drawlix does not guarantee that a purchased design will be unique in the marketplace.

Customers who require exclusive designs should not rely on marketplace purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and digital assets available on Drawlix remain the intellectual property of Drawlix and its owner, Natalia Fajardo.

Purchasing a product grants only a license to use the design, not ownership of the artwork.

Drawlix reserves the right to:

  • Display the designs in its portfolio
  • Use previews or examples of the designs for marketing, promotional, or demonstration purposes.

8. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website systems
  • Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Drawlix reserves the right to block access to any user who violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Drawlix provides digital products “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Drawlix does not guarantee:

  • That the website will always be available or error-free
  • That the designs will meet every user’s specific expectations
  • That the designs will be unique in the marketplace

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawlix shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • lost profits
  • business interruptions
  • damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

10. Age Requirement

By using this website or purchasing products, you confirm that you are at least 15 years of age.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or its products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Colombia.
